KATARINA BARRUK

Katarina Barruk sings in Ume Sámi and works at the intersection of song and art music. She has written music for the first Ume Sámi theatre production in 100 years, Guh Lejmeh Sámieh, which was also released as an EP in 2025, and her second album, Ruhttuo from 2022, was made together with Arnljot Nordvik and Christo Stangness.
