Concert venue in Aarhus
At Sydhavnen in Aarhus, TRAIN presents international touring acts, Danish artists and emerging talent.
TRAIN opened in 1998 and soon became part of Aarhus' live music scene. After its years on Toldbodgade, TRAIN moved in 2026 to new premises at Sydhavnen. The venue now contains the large TRAIN hall and the smaller TRACK hall. The two spaces are planned for flexible concert and event formats, from larger productions to smaller club shows. The move gave the venue new and larger facilities in the city's harbour area.

3 April 1998
TRAIN's first concert took place on 3 April 1998 with Kid Creole and the Coconuts. In an anniversary article, artistic director Helle Rysholt recalled that there were about 70 people in the room.
4–5 April 2003
The two shows marked TRAIN's fifth anniversary. Friday's nearly hitless set focused on lesser-known songs, non-singles and B-sides; on Saturday the band followed with a set centred on its hits.
12 October 2011
After his TRAIN concert, Snoop Dogg went to Kato's studio in Aarhus. GAFFA reported that he arrived around midnight with a group of about 20 and stayed until daybreak.
13 October 2016
The sold-out TRAIN concert on 13 October was the first stop on the band's 20th anniversary tour. The band left the stage after two songs; a bassist returned to announce that the show was cancelled because Brian Molko was ill.
