Horse Orchestra

Horse Orchestra blends 1920s New Orleans with 1960s avant-garde jazz and adds beats in all their forms. The expression also reaches toward rock and Renaissance music, giving the concert an off-kilter and unpredictable tension between tradition and rupture. Seven musicians and visuals by Anders Bonnesen underline the humorous, post-postmodern approach, where mistakes and deviations become part of the form.
