Experimental music in Aarhus

Aarhus has a strong environment for music that moves beyond conventional genres and concert formats. Radar has a particular focus on experimental, alternative and niche music, while the annual SPOR Festival presents new music, sound art and projects that cross between different art forms.

Here you can find improvisation, electronic music, new compositions and other music that does not always fit neatly into one genre.
